craving chaos is a trauma effect. You’re addicted to toxic situations because you haven’t taken the time to heal. It’s fine if you haven’t reached that point of awareness with yourself, but once you have- you have no excuse. The balls on your court. You decide the narrative. Work on healing. You are suppose to live a peaceful abundant happy life. It’s literally your birth right.
